Technical information for Math-Whizz Affiliates
When you become a Math-Whizz Affiliate, you'll need to add an address to a web page on your site.
The web address will include both your affiliate syndication name and a country code, in the following way:
http://www.whizz.us/affiliate/index.php?syndication=[NAME]&country=[gbr|usa]
- Syndication name [NAME]. We will create your affiliate syndication code. You will put this where it says [NAME] in the URL above.
- Country code [gbr|usa]. This defines what the default Math-Whizz welcome page language will be - 'math' or 'maths', in short. If a visitor creates a Math-Whizz account they will be able to choose between US or US-oriented math lessons.
How can I use my Math-Whizz Affiliate link?
- Your Math-Whizz Affiliate link can be used anywhere on your site. You can hyperlink text, images, animations, or anything else!
- Why not try using an iFrame or a pop-up to grab the visitor's attention? Remember that if you do this you will embed the Math-Whizz welcome page into your site. The more visual and engaging your affiliate link is, the more likely users are to click it and buy Math-Whizz!
- The country code can be fixed, or generated dynamically on your web server, depending on the IP address of the visitor to your site.
